Developing stories
Some events keep happening: a proposal becomes a vote, a filing becomes a ruling, an accusation becomes a resignation. When Prism covers a later development of an event it already has, the new story is linked to the earlier one. Each chapter keeps its own five framings, so the interesting question becomes visible — what moved as the facts changed, and what each side kept saying regardless.

How to read a thread
Open the latest chapter and use the “Developing story” panel near the top: it lists every chapter and, folded away, shows how each side framed the previous one. Reading the two sets of framings against each other is the exercise. A position that changes its emphasis as the facts change is doing what it should; one that says the same thing whatever happens is telling you something too.
